Reviews: Speech Therapy Atlanta, GA

Niti is wonderful! She help me and my son out when he had his tongue tie done . It was hard to do the exercises with him being an older baby trying to get in his mouth but she showed me ways to get it done without a fight. Thank you again Niti for the help!!! 🥰

We used Talk About Therapy for our two year old in early 2021 and saw amazing progress! He actually ended up “testing out of” speech therapy which is what every parent wants to hear. The owner was very professional and responsive to our needs. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

My daughter was showing early developmental delays at her 12 month wellness checkup. Her pediatrician referred us to Talk About Therapy. I was very nervous and worried about my baby. The owner Niti was very professional and helpful. She educated me as a parent as well. My daughter has been in speech therapy for 6 months now and she is saying a lot more words now and is much better with communicating. Developmentally she is far more advanced than she was at her 12 month wellness checkup. She also just started with a new therapist Bianca. I was very nervous for my daughter to have therapy with anyone else but Niti. I had gotten comfortable with Niti, and so did my daughter, but the new therapist Bianca is amazing with my daughter. Whenever I need to reschedule or have any questions Niti and Bianca are always available. Talk About Therapy goes above and beyond. They have helped my daughter tremendously and eased my anxieties and concerns as a parent with her speech development.

I’m really glad that we were referred to Niti for my infant daughter’s speech therapy. She was super helpful and accommodating. The exercises she gave us for our daughter made a huge difference and you could definitely tell that it helped her with feeding. I would recommend her to friends and see her again should our daughter or future children have any speech related issues. Thanks again Niti!

I made the best decision by picking Niti as my son’s therapist. She’s pleasant and patient. She detected the cause of his feeding problem (tongue tie) and we got it fixed. He was finished with therapy within the three months he was given. We’d seen progress every week and immediately after his reverse. My son no longer needs a feeding tube thanks to her. If any parent is looking a speech therapist, I highly recommend.

I was referred to talk about therapy by my sons pediatrician. My son has worked with Niti and Rachel. Both are fantastic and really took the time to address my questions and concerns. My son loved going to his sessions and hated leaving. I highly recommend talk about therapy to anyone who may have concerns about their kids speech.

We loved Niti! She helped us with my 7 month old’s rough transition to solids. She was patient and helped both with my daughter’s feeding skills and my comfort as a parent. In 2 months we went from her almost total rejection of solids to eating everything we eat (prepared safely for a baby, of course!). Definitely recommend Talk About Therapy!

Niti is fantastic! My infant some began seeing her for feeding therapy prior to having his posterior tongue tie revised and post-revision. She did wonders with my son! She is very knowledgeable and patient (which is key when working with babies) and she fantastic at following up and checking in with us. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone dealing with the same issues.

My family had a very good experience with Niti at Talk About Therapy during the period that she provided feeding therapy for my son. She is patient, knowledgeable and professional. She offered both virtual and in-person sessions and was very accommodating with respect to her availability. Her demeanor was pleasant, she listened to us keenly and provided detailed feedback after each session with my son. She provided us with information on activities and exercises we could do at home to reinforce what was done during sessions with her. She also provided information on resources and other supportive services that could help our son improve his feeding skills. Overall we are very satisfied with the service Niti provided and I highly recommend Talk About Therapy.

Niti is absolutely incredible and extremely knowledgeable. My daughter had a stage 3 lip and tongue tie and had to do therapy before and after her revision and Niti helped her tremendously! I don’t think we would have had the wonderful results without her help. She truly loves her job and goes above and beyond for the families she works with. We are super grateful for her guidance and advice!

Niti is wonderful. She listens to you, addresses your concerns, works with insurance, and works with your child while making it fun and exciting. My little was barely able to eat and now finishes a bottle without coughing, gagging, or coughing in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Niti for helping us through such a hard time!

We found Niti with Talk about Therapy through our local tounge tie Facebook group. She was highly recommended and I understand why!

My almost 3 year old is behind in speech and at our evaluation for transitioning to the school system from "Babies Cant Wait" they discovered he was still tounge tied despite having it corrected in infancy. She's helped guide us in the right direction for treatment and truly has been the light during a very frustrating time. She cares, and it shows. We're so grateful and look forward to continuing therapy!

Niti has changed my entire family’s life for the better! We drove over an hour to take our kids to see her for pre and post op therapy when they had their tongue ties revised on the recommendation of a pediatric dentist who specialized in tongue ties. It was so worth it! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I noticed a huge difference almost immediately but definitely by the end of 6 weeks the baby went from gagging so badly he hardly ate any solids to completely normal developmentally and happily gaining weight. I can’t say enough good things about her and would recommend anyone who was struggling with feeding their baby to go see her immediately!

We had a great experience with Niti! My favorite thing about her is how responsive and personable she is. You often get decent providers but they are not often so quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile. One other thing I really liked about her was her honestly. My son was a tricky case. After having had a tongue and lip tie release at three weeks and eating seamlessly for months, he started refusing the bottle. She helped me dig to get to the bottom of it and even texted me outside of hours when she was thinking about his case, which showed how much she cared and wanted to help us. Once it was evident that his issues were outside of her speciality, she let me know. I loved the transparency. Would totally recommend!

Niti is incredible! My newborn son had a shallow latch while breastfeeding, causing me a lot of pain. I also noticed him tiring quickly while at the breast. Niti found him to have a upper lip tie and tongue tie, something his pediatrician and my lactation consultant never mentioned. She was able to get us to a pediatric dentist within 2 days to correct the problem, whereas my ENT didn’t have availability for another month. She worked with my son multiple times after to stretch him out and keep an eye on the healing process. He’s 1 month old now, has gained 2 pounds, and latches with ease!

Niti is very professional. She called my insurance to check eligibility and went over that with me. We were able to be seen that same week and the office is easy to find and accessible off 285. She is very thorough and went over her findings with my daughter having a lip and tongue tie and reviewed essential exercises to work on prior and following the frenectomy. She is a valuable and essential tool to anyone that has a little one with a possible lip or tongue tie! After the appointment she also sent an email with her findings along with the exercises to practice and video tutorials if need be. I wish we would have seen her sooner!!!!

Niti was extremely helpful and so easy to work with. My son had a significant tongue and lip tie for which she provided therapy pre and post release. She also referred me to other therapists as part of a multidisciplinary approach.

As a fellow Speech Pathologist I found her to be very knowledgeable and professional, but also personable. She offered options for virtual and in person sessions and worked her hardest to accommodate our busy schedule. Niti provided videos of exercises taught during sessions to reference as needed. She was patient when working with my son and genuinely invested in his progress. I would recommend Niti again and again!

Niti is very professional, it’s easy to see to see she loves and enjoys what she does. She connected with my daughter, made each session fun and exciting for her. We only had a few sessions then covid 19 happened, I’m looking forward to continue sessions with her.

Niti is very professional and you can tell she loves what she does! My daughter looks forward to speech every week and she has made a lot of progress in the short time that we have been working with Niti. My son is starting to open up now in his sessions as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality speech therapist.

My son would have 9-13 oz/day. He was admitted to CHOA Scottish Rite. The ENT, at CHOA, checked my son to see if he had a lip or tongue tie. The ENT specialist did not see a tie and advised me to continue follow up outpatient care with a speech therapist for my 3-month-old son.

After discharge, I reached out to Niti from Talk About Therapy. She opened up her schedule and was able to see us the day my son was discharged. In her initial evaluation, she was able to see both a lip/tongue tie. She educated my wife and I on how to find a solution to our son’s symptoms: difficulty bottle-feeding, gassy, not latching, reflux, clicking when eating and prolonged feeding time (resulted in 1-2 oz in an hour).

Niti has been helping our son for a last couple of weeks. He has gained a pound in just two weeks. Niti has ALWAYS answered our questions. Her techniques have worked for us. If it wasn’t for her, our son would probably be on a NG tube. She is such an amazing therapist and I highly recommend her.
